Network Engineer

We are seeking a network engineer certified in Microsoft, Cisco or Citrix technologies that will represent ACS in the field while interacting with our valued customers. In this position, the network engineer could expect to perform day to day administrative tasks like account administration, tape backups, and directory security. ACS requires experience with any combination of the following: NT/2000/2003, Novell, DHCP, Tivoli, RMON, SNMP, HP OpenView, Spectrum, NetView, CWSI, Multicast, FDDI, ATM, DS3, DSL, T1, DNS, TCP/IP, IP/IPS, Ethernet, X.500, SMTP, LDAP, S/MIME, Internet, Intranet, Remote Access, Frame Relay, Routers, Switches, Bridges and Hubs.

Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a bright, energetic, and responsible Desktop Support
Engineer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, excel at troubleshooting, be a team player, and have a keen interest in technology. The Desktop Support Engineer provides first level support to end users for all computer software and hardware related issues. As the focal point for all incoming support requests, the ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize, organize, and resolve the requests in a timely manner. The candidate must demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products. Possesses a solid understanding of networking technologies, with a specific focus on protocols used in a Microsoft Windows network environment. Occasionally assists with network related projects.
